Wheat Intolerance and Sunburned Butt Cheeks

Wheat intolerance, gluten sensitivity, call it what you will, it’s a hot topic that we can’t seem to escape these days. Elimination diets, cutting wheat or gluten out of your diet 100% is no easy task. In fact it’s a royal pain in the butt. So if you don’t have diagnosed condition that requires the elimination of wheat (or gluten)or anything for that matter, is it really worth it? Sometimes avoiding foods for extended periods of time can actually be the trigger for what appears to be an intolerance once you reintroduce exposure. In this article I discuss how my unnecessary avoidance of wheat caused me to have a reaction that I actually didn’t have in the first place. Sucks to be me. But the good news is that I also explain how I was able to slowly add wheat and back into my diet and tolerate it without any issues.
